He has been my family doctor for over 5 years and is very good with my three children as well. Knowledgeable, intelligent and kind. No joke, every time I have seen him he greets me with an honest and sincere statement "How can I help?" and you know what, he means it, he really wants to help his patients. 5/5

His staff are all lovely and polite, and he is a nice man who makes an effort to provide you with excellent care. I also found that he will always listen to what you have to say and advise the best steps to take, while some doctors just make it seem as though you don’t know what you’re talking about and just do what they think without listen. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a kind, attentive and respectful doctor.

He takes the time to explain what needs to be done. Dr. Victor Youssef provides home visits to the patients who aren’t able to go to the clinic. I had a great experience with the home visits, it was a professional and fast process. His staffs are very helpful, respectful, friendly, and kind.
D	Dragos Rotaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You kicked me off Dr Youssef's family doctor roster without notice and you cancelled my phone appointment which I booked to ask for medical records release and to ask WHY you kicked me off the roster. I booked a full 1 week before the call and you cancel on me literally 20 min before the call. I can't even get through to a person, you don't pick up the phone or answer emails. I had an accident involving an axe in british columbia. Right when I need my family doctor the most, I cant get in touch with him. I see him 1-2 a year, I am always polite and respectful to the doctor and staff. I have never had any problems with other medical professionals. I get working in healthcare is difficult at times, but this is something else entirely. It is very dissapointing to be treated like this. Please get in contact with me immediately, I want a release of my medical records so I can find a doctor who actually cares about their patients. Edit: I never moved. My residence is in Oakville, I have a valid Ontario health card, an Ontario Drivers license and I pay taxes in Ontario. I left the province for work short term.
