She does her best to explain everything I need to know and the precautions me and my family members need to take to make our health issues more comfortable. We followed her to her new location and are very happy with her. I recommend her to anybody who needs a good doctor. We love her.
J	James McGill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible doctor. Ruined a once great practice. Secretary is clueless She is always rushing you, does not respect your time or symptoms. I had waited around 2 hours for a call and never received it. No missed calls in my phone log, yet she insisted she called and because I didn’t pick up moved on. Even if I didn’t pick up, wouldn’t a reasonable doctor leave a voicemail? Or call twice? But I digress. When I finally got an appointment, I explained the issue and was sent to do tests. Further tests after results came back. And again even further tests but with a sense of urgency. When I did the final test, she told me I was fine despite persistent symptoms. I never received closure and upon finding a new physician, my concerns were finally considered and I received an answer to my problems. I felt no confidence in her, and very glad I switched doctors

She has always taken the time to listen to me, answer any questions, and give me the best solution possible. Dr Mettle is doing the best she can, especially in these difficult circumstances. Do not believe the negative reviews. They are baseless and do not provide an accurate description of Dr Mettle's services. They were created with ill intention and are false.

She has always been very nice with me and my family and considering there is a pandemic going on has done a great job. I know there is change from the old practitioner but I find that she is doing a good job.

R	Robert Jordan Carrillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sad part is that Bloor Park Medical was not-so long ago probably one of the best family doctors offices in Toronto (at least, in my warranted opinion). In fairness, it was always going to be a tough task to replace the former physician once he retired. My family has been going to this practice since the former physician was accepting patients in the early 80s. slowly we are moving away with the arrival of the new (current) doctor. It is just not the same. The receptionist (english) can be fairly moody and rude. The new doctor is irresponsible, inattentive, slow-to-act, and is unwilling to meet her patients halfway. I had come down with COVID-19, recovered, and asked for an X-Ray since I was having difficulty breathing and was scared I had pneumonia. The doctor would not give me an order for an X-Ray, despite the family doctors of my other family members willing to do so. While clearly nothing was wrong, I am STILL waiting for the results to be relayed back to me by the doctor. I had asked for this back in April. The former physician was willing to go above and beyond for his patients. It was why he and his practice were so loved by the Spanish-speaking community who visited the practice. It would not surprise me if like myself, slowly they move on to other physicians.

Great bedside manner, patient, through, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, kind, so caring and understanding; I could go on. I've had multiple family doctors and she is by far the best. I personally deal with depression and anxiety and she was so helpful. The fact that people are leaving a bad review because they didn't get a call back...PLEASE understand that is the fault of the secretary and not of the doctor. Don't let that deter you from vising Dr.Mettle. If you are looking for a family doctor, she is the one!
