V	Victoria Zaremba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just UNACCEPTABLE attitude to patients! I have been referred to clinic on emergency basis, as I had foreign body in my throat. And nobody called me back to make an appointment. I was trying to reach receptionist by phone calls and emails, and NEVER got the respond! So during the pandemic I have to come at the clinic in person and make the appointment, which I could do by phone, if receptionist would do their job! There was FOUR receptionist, when i came at the office and no one can pick up the phone or answer on email??? If we do not die from coronavirus, we will die from a medical negligence!!
S	Skittle the lovebird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Dr Kandasamy for 4 years now. He preformed 3 surgeries on my son. I trust him as a doctor and he trusts me as a mother. In the begginning I was a bit angry because he did not validate my son's history of symptoms (he had to see in his own eyes how tough the situation is) but as the months went by he became fully involved with my son's ear problems and life style. He now trusts that when I come to see him it means there is un underlying problem and he won't let my son suffer in silence.
L	Li sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kandasamy does not seem to be experienced enough. I had tons of symptoms and signs of sinusitis and Rhinitis. He did not give me even a relieving suggestion, no treatment. Only spent 3 minutes with me staring at me, pretending to listen to my complaints. I left there without any treatment plan or a plan for follow up. I will go back to my family doctor who is more knowledgable and experienced !

Recovery is insanely tough but worth it since I'll no longer have throat infections every other month. Dr. Kandasamy answers all your questions and is obviously very experienced in his area of speciality. I am glad the surgery went smooth and I'd highly recommend him.

The visit was very reassuring since he is well versed with Meniere's Disease and balance/vertigo related issues. I am very thankful to him for his patience and time.

My requisition form was support to sent to the hospital on Sep22 and I waited more than one month on Oct-27 to call and follow up (Dr. Asked me to contact myself)with the hospital and they said never received the referral form.. then I begged him to send again. When I called in today, still no requisition received by the hospital.. over two months I waited for nothing since I got referred to him, I feel there is no responsibility and my time is not valuable, seems like he doesn’t care about my health at all. VERY SAD!
