★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its too difficult or nearly impossible to get in touch with the office. I just tried to call and there were no voice mail. In the time of Pandemic, we can even send email to this office. Hope they the post and get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The secretary at this office is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was calling to ask simple questions to help guide me in the right directions and instead she continued to shut down my questions and give me attitudes. Being the first point of contact, it is unfortunate that she is treating potential patients that way. It does not cost anything to be kind and and aswer some questions, infact that is a secretary’s main job. I do not recommend this office to anyone. I would give this clinic zero starts, one star is even too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Skeldon is very informative as he takes his time to explain in detail which is great. However the secretary at his office is very rude. I received 3 missed calls but no voicemail was left. Apparently there was one left at my house but I was at work and was told rudely that she called many times and nobody picked up. fyi, people are at work and probably not at home ma'am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your doctor recommends this office, insist on another urologist. This doctor has no bedside manner and is condescending as well as arrogant. The secretary? Even worse! She's rude, argumentative, and makes it quite clear that she's so busy to care. STAY AWAY!
