I have never seen the lady shoo a patient out or rush to attend the next one. She greets well, knows how to make the patient calm. I hope shes here for a long time. PS the lady at the front who answers the phone is super polite. Shes never rude. I would definitely suggest Dr. Sahota, such a sweet lady.❤
P	Parveer Hundal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend Dr Sapanpreet to anyone. She does not try to understand your health concerns and issues. She lacks empathy and is very rude and arrogant. Instead of listening, she constantly interrupts you and undermines what you are experiencing. I was so excited to be able to see a female doctor but not anymore. She refused to give me a Specialist appointment for a Specialist I had been seeing for 2 years. Her reason behind this was she did not think I needed to see my Specialist even though my Specialist wanted to continue treatment. I've had Specialists confirm that my health concerns that Dr Sapanpreet neglected to even acknowledge, were very serious. I'm grateful I was able to get second opinions but it scares me to think how other patients of hers may not be able to. I really hope this reviews changes how she interacts with her patients in the future.
P	Preet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing doctor! Always a positive experience when I see Dr. Sahota. As a young woman, it's so nice to have a compassionate female doctor and Dr. Sahota is just that. She is very kind and she takes my concerns seriously instead of disregarding them. I would definitely recommend her!
B	B Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Sapanpreet Sahota had initially come across as a knowledgeable, kind and resourceful doctor, unfortunately, soon I realized she does not take the time to fully listen to your inquiries, rather assumes and speaks over you. It is understandable as a GP, Sapanpreet Sahota is acting as a baseline doctor and has limited knowledge in her field, however, when a concern is brought to her attention her initial response consistently begins with negativity. This becomes increasingly triggering for those seeing her for mental health concerns as she does not view this as priority, consequently, leading to a dead end in her resources, and does not further investigate alternate options. I had been seeing her for a year regarding Endometriosis and Anxiety - where her only solution solely came down to taking pills. When I asked to further investigate through blood-tests, ultrasounds, GI and OBGYN referrals, Sapanpreet Sahota was consistently hesitant and weary; it truly seemed like she did not believe the pain that was expressed.
