They have garbage customer service. Which idiot receptionist would call a customer at 7 in the morning to tell him that you are not welcome to this clinic just because you asked if your brother can also come with you for consultation??

Great Doctors with terrible receptionists. All Doctors are wonderful, staff inside checking your weight etc is awesome, however, the staff at reception is the worst in Brampton (if not in GTA) These ladies are most rude you would ever experience.

So I was there today jan 28 2021and honestly it's not even worth it they dont explain much about what's supposed to be done also they dont give u a meal plan please dont wiest ur time going here as soon as you will be seein by the dr he asks you what are u there for like I think my reason was very clear but honestly I dont NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL WIEST OF TIME.

So yesterday was my follow up appointment at this clinic. My appointment was at 10 am and I received a call at 9:40 am asking if I was able to come in earlier! Once I arrived to the clinic, I stated my name to the lady at the front desk and was instructed to go in the room to be weighed. Got into the room and proceeded to take off my shoes and socks, I politely asked the lady weighing me to clean the scale and she told me it was already cleaned. Keep in mind when I was weighed the first time two weeks ago, the lady that weighed me cleaned the scale in front of me. I stated to Carolina (that is the name of the lady that weighed me yesterday) it is not that I don't trust that it wasn't cleaned, but to put my brain at ease I'd like to see it be cleaned in front of me. She the put the mop in front of me and said "you clean it." After taking a deep breathe I went back to the front and asked if there was someone else who can assist me, due to the attitude that Carolina was given me. The receptionist came and cleaned the scale. Not going to lie I did swear, but I was swearing due to disbelief of the fact that I was told to clean the scale myself. Carolina then proceeded to tell the receptionist (I didn't get her name due to the rage I was in) that my feet were dirty so there was no reason to clean the scale!!!!!!! If I wasn't seeing the results that I saw after being weighed yesterday, I would never bring my "dirty feet" back into this clinic. I can almost guarantee that this wasn't the first time something to this magnitude has happened, but I surely hope that this will be the last time. All that I am asking for is a written apology from Carolina

Only nutrition plan i have ever been able to lose weight with and keep it off. Thats because it has biological science behind it. efficiency of clinic good. customer service could be improved but overall recommended.

Dr. Poon diet works great lost 50 lbs only problem I'm disabled suffer from depression and was sick with virus. I was unable to call to cancel my appointment. I call to reschedule my appointment . The receptionist says $36.00 for missed appointment if not paid we can't reschedule you. I said I'm on a fixed income I can't afford the $36.00 I'll continue Dr Poon diet on my own. What a world we live in greediness. You can always book extra people someone always cancels. No customer service skills. Ripping off the poor. All he has to do is ad 3-4 patients per day just in case who cancels. I guess he think people are stupid. My doctor never charges me cancelation fees he understands me. I can't walk good so if I'm drifting I can't go see him as I stay in bed cause I can't walk. Shame on this doctor. Inconsiderate to disabled people. Change your policy on cancelations fees. Now I have to find another diet clinic and This time will have to communicate better so they know that I might cancel with no warning due to my opiod usage and depression/anxiety.

This plan works best for me. The doctors are amazing and patient. Receptionists are very pleasant. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new eating lifestyle! Thank you to my sister-in-law for the recommendation. ?

For my wife I met this so called doctor yesterday in his Brampton clinic who publisice himself greatly that he can help people. As soon he came in to our room first question he asked is that how you came and what should I do for you. When we asked that we need his expert guidance to plan our diet so that my wife can loose some weight she said you already have a printed hand out ,..follow that and that should work and apart from that he clearly that he can't help. He is highly unprofessional, seems to me skill lacking also. His motive is to simply take OHIP money and charge the card and with smile enjoy. Not at all fit for the noble profession of doctor. I recommended and suggest to not go to this person..its time money and health waste,. Highly Non professional doctor. I am planning to discuss what happened with me with my attorney and may be will sue him for his unprofessional talk and behavior. Very Rude. Shame Shame.
