Yeah no. Do not go to this establishment. The front desk ladies are rude and hate their jobs. The place is disgustingly dirty and just a mess. And the Doctor is so unapproachable and passive aggressive. I went in for a vaccine and physical and I was scared not only because the vaccine came from a old old mini fridge but because the doctor was so angry for no reason. The minute I walked in it was like she had a stick up her.... but yeah she wasn’t clear on what room to go in and so yelled at me to “COME” to the other room. Never going back there and I advise you to do the same.

We have been their patients since more than 8 years and we like their service. They take good care of their patients. hygienist did a good job this morning. She is very polite and courteous. Receptionist and Doctor are very friendly and accommodating.

It was a marvelous experience during my visit at the dental office.Everybody is well behaved and well cultured. They know how to serve to the entire satisfaction of the persons visiting the dental office.I wish them all success in their future Ventures.

Such a bad experience I had. I went for cleaning they tricked me and did other things too and charged my insurance company $900. My teeth still hurts and cleaning wasn’t done properly. Won’t recommend.

If I could put no stars as an option I would. This dental office has caused nothing but financial stress and more teeth problems even though it is a dental office where they fix teeth at this place that is not the case. I have gotten 3 cavity's fixed here which only took 20 minutes some how and also no numbing. I didn't feel satisfied with the work they had done because I was still in pain, so I went to a different dental office where they told me that the cavity's they worked on were not cleaned out they just had fillings over top of them. They would of let my teeth rot just to make an extra buck. They even charged my insurance for the 3 cavity's that they didn't even clean out and the insurance wouldn't cover the cavity's I got re-fixed because Balmoral already claimed that they had fixed it. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUDULENT DENTAL WORK. When me and my family stopped coming to this disgusting place of an office the front desk proceed to call us 3 times in a week and left constant messages telling us we needed another teeth cleaning even though we just had them done in the new year, Iv'e never had a friend call me so many times let alone a dental office (clearly there desperate for patients) I have been coming here with my family for almost 6 years and I have never been so upset to the point where I made an account to write my experience. Having to go to a new dental office to be told that the work you had done and paid for ALL has to be redone is the most disturbing thing to hear. I wasn't the only one who experienced this in my family. This office clearly has no standards they take your money and let you leave with the same problem you had walking in there. The front desk ladies have no professionalism what-so ever they are unorganised and uncoordinated within their staff, they can never relay a clear message back to their patients. Another horrible experience with this office was when my sister had cavity work done on a tooth and as they were inside her tooth they thought she had a root canal and suggested she just put a filling over it a complete the work the next day because she had another patient waiting! Basically do not come to the office unless you wanna get fake work done on your teeth so they can make you come back and make more money or just do half fast work because they have people waiting. DISGRACE TO HEALTHCARE THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE LICENSES.

I have been going to this clinic from few years. Staff is very professional, prompt and very accommodating with appointments. Last week, I almost called at the last hour while the dentist was almost done for the day. Receptionist took initiative and accommodated me at the last minute. The most amazing thing was, dentist and receptionist was waiting for me at the door as I was running late. HIGHLY Recommend. The whole team is awesome!!

Had my wisdom teeth extracted. Dentist was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommended this dentist office.

I don't know why this place is still in business. It should be under investigation. They never do their job properly and drain your insurance dollars as soon as they can. If you call them quacks you won't be wrong.They will go over your insurance limit and try to over charge you and you will have to pay out of your pocket. Worst quacks clinic on the planet
