For a busy office I'm pleased they are so responsive. I met Dr. Daraei in the emergency department at Soldiers Memorial Orillia, his compassion and knowledge impressed me so much. I was so happy to be accepted as his patient. That was several years ago. Great Doctor and staff, he has been through so much with myself and my husband.

Trying to get medical forms or referrals has proved to be impossible and I have had to seek help from télé clinics multiple times because I cannot get a call back.

Dr Daraei takes the time to listen to our concerns and works with us to find a solution, He makes us feel that what we are telling him matters and for us that is half the battle when there is a health concern. Mary is a sweet heart she always returns our calls, it is understandable that the office is very busy and many calls come in that being the case it may not be the same day but we always get a call back with a kind friendly voice on the other end of the line. Like I said we feel truly blessed to have such a caring and available health care provider.
