Retirement Notification
It has been my absolute pleasure to serve as your family physician over the years. At this time, I have made this very difficult decision to retire, effective September 30, 2022.
Dr. S. Tijani and Dr. O. Adebona will be taking over Daleridge Family Practice. They come highly recommended and I am thankful to know they will continue to care for all my patients.
Jane and Valerie will be continuing in their roles at Daleridge Family Practice and I can assure you of a smooth transition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Conradies office advised my wife that she did not need an ultrasound at 6 weeks but this was his major error because he did not send her until 12 weeks and now she is not accepted into our hospital that is literally down the road. No because he sent the request in late, we have to travel across the city.
Wife has been stressed out every single day.
Thank you Dr. Conradie for doing that to her.

He is personable, knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate and operates out of a well equipped new office, easily accessible from the Deerfoot with good parking.

The main reason I have stayed with him is it is very clear he cares about each of his patients, and will do anything to help them. The only downside is at times it seems he pushes the pace of the appointments to keep on schedule, making things feel somewhat rushed. I understand that's part of the occupation but it does suck. Other than that I am pleased with Dr. Conradie and his clinic.

He is very polite and respectful and supports whatever decision I want to make for myself when it comes to me and my health. I have read the other reviews on the staff and I must say I am shocked. I have not had a bad experience ever with the staff at Daleridge Medical and I would say my visits are more than the average patient.
