★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to see Mandy 5 months after right shoulder dislocation. It was still stiff with a limited range of motion even after physio. 6 visits, dozens of injections and needling later the shoulder became loose and functioning as before. I'm enjoying crossfit again. Thanks Mandy.
