Western medical approaches helped me to discover what my issues were not, but offered little help to establish what they actually were or how to fix them at the root cause. More often than not, the options presented to me from doctors were in the form of pharmaceuticals that would simply mask the symptoms. Through a thorough diagnostics approach Lisa help me to discover the causes of my ailments, how to treat them, and how to make appropriate lifestyle choices moving forward to avoid them from re-occurring. We often have a good laugh and even share recipes in our consultations. Lisa is very positive, approachable, humble, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I would recommend a naturalistic doctor and especially Lisa to anyone.
