K	Karima S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Dr. Rena Borbay. My husband recently went to see this Dr., we feel like she was very dishonest. She was not able to help but charged an absurd amount of money. I strong discourage anyone from going to her.
O	Olivia Bungay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had about three sessions with her before finding a new psychologist. She was very unprofessional during our appointments. I was paying $250/hr to see her, and one appointment she spent 15 minutes on the phone in the middle of our session, which she included as part of the appointment. She did not keep her personal phone on silent and aswered it anyway. I did not get those minutes back. She does not have a welcoming atmosphere at all. She seems like she is judging you more than anything. I found it hard to open up to her and I felt as though she wasn't taking my diagnosis seriously. Do not recommend her service at all. Unprofessional and uncaring.

She insisted on doing a full assessment on him, at well over $3000 and assured us that was the best way to get the full idea of my sons needs. After the assessment she informed us that our son was in a severe depression and needed a high level of counselling and assistance - but then told us she didn’t have the time for him that he’d need and basically left us completely hanging with a distraught son and no follow up help for him. We were devastated. Thankfully we have an amazing family doctor who was able to pull us through a very traumatic time. This “ doctor” only wants $$$ and could care less about actually helping anyone.

Upon the first visit, our daughter felt an immediate connection with Dr. Borovay. My daughter never hesitated to return to complete her testing, she felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process and always finished testing with a smile unlike the previous experience we had with our oldest son Dr. Borovay’s complete assessment was beyond thorough and she described our daughter’s struggles with empathy and compassion. As well our school very pleased with the clarity of IEP suggestions and new learning strategies to support our daughter. We have seen a huge change In our daughter’s confidence in school and social settings after the suggestions were implemented. We were so pleased with Dr. Borovays’s thorough and comprehensive report that we had our youngest son tested with her as well, and we were equally pleased. Dr. Borovay really understands your child and you. She really can help tie the whole picture together and explains it clearly to both the parents and child. Without hesitation I will bring my children back to be tested to Dr. Borovay when it is time again. The process from the start of easy form filling to the end was a pleasure.
