His first appointment is a meet and greet it's actually sort of cool. Your second appointment is your procedure, his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and his nurses are so sweet, kind and caring. Definitely recommend 10/10!

The doctor was thorough, polite and outlined possible causes and solutions to the issues I was having. The procedure was done at St. Joseph;s Hospital (Hamilton) on July 31. Everything went well and the problem that precipitated the colonoscopy was due to my radiation treatments. Dr Fergani repaired the damage at the same time as my colonoscopy and I've been fine since. My phone consult was exactly on time, as was the procedure--no waiting at all. Thanks Doc !!!!

His staff and medical staff go beyond making you feel comfortable and safe It's scary enough having to get a procedure done to lower your risk of future Cancar issues and they all care and express there understandings of your fears.

The RN who checked my vitals and set up the sailing , she was so nice and so focused. . I only have one minor concern, that absolutely can be improved, " which case" I will contact the clinics admin. Other than that, I was very satisfied with Dr. Fergani clinic.. I also had endoscopy and colonoscopy, yes! I waited for a hr. But! I am gratefull for having this appointment. Most importantly my results were given to me in hand. Makes you less stressed when you don't have to wait for results from family dr....

I interacted with the staff on several occasions when handling my father’s appointments and health related matters. They were always thorough, patient and made sure everything was done correctly. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Fergani when my father was under his care - he is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and empathetic.
