There is a dumb hoe who, no matter what you ask or how nicely, she will answer like an automated machine with "You must go to your family doctor for refills".... doesn't matter how unrelated your question is, that is the only sentence she knows prior to either trying to lecture you or hanging up in your ear. The actual hospital and staff are caring but this lady will turn you off. I really don't think this is her calling in life.
