C	Conor Whitehead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raudhri and Keegan (I think that was his name- sorry!) were awesome. Showed up, got the job done, practiced safe Covid measures, and were super friendly. They even took the time to explain everything they did - top notch service! Give these guys a raise!

They were incredibly accommodating with their time and scheduling. They made sure all of our needs were met and when on site, they were quick, efficient and respectful. I highly recommend their services, they did a phenomenal job.

F	France Clement on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start. We hired this company to clean the ducts throughout our house. Overall experience did not meet our expectations. I was working but my husband was home overseeing the job. They dragged their big vaccum hose over the corners of each wall in the house and damaged some of our furniture in the basement (e.g. chipped wood/paint). And to top it off, when they restarted the furnace and removed all the tape, debris came out flying from each duct and they just left, leaving this big mess behind them for us to clean. Also some metal pieces leftover from the work they did a bit scattered around which is worrysome because we have a dog who likes to eat anything off the ground. Lastly, we requested the invoice after the job was done and haven't received it yet (the job has been paid in full). Its been almost a week. Overall, not impressed and won't use this company again.

They took off their boots, they used floor runners, they also protected the wall from any damage. This was one of the rare occasions for me to have a trade over without creating damage to our house. That is why I felt obliged to acknowledge their professionalism. In terms of cleaning the duct they followed an standard procedure, big vacuum suction on the furnace side and air blowing from the return and vents. I definitely recommend Dr. Duct.

They were very polite, attentive to details, showed me the process and the video camera while the cleaning was happening which is interesting to see what’s in there. I would highly recommend Dr Duct to anyone and will for sure have them back for any of their services they offer.
