★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted to do a simple garage opener troubleshooting. Didn’t bother to check the sensor (the actual issue, it was not mounted correctly).
Tried to take advantage of a single mother, wanted to replace both the door and the opener. Never bothered to do basic troubleshooting. Also implied that led lights could permanently damage the circuitry in the opener unit. If I could rate less then 1 star I would.

So happy we did, Rob was excellent to work with, gave him a budget and got more than we expected. I have been in construction for over 30 years and I’m so appreciative when I get to work with a quality tradesman. I highly recommend Rob as he was honest hard working and went above and beyond. If you are looking to upgrade your garage door look no further.

After trying every hardware store ( with zero luck ) and even ordering online from other garage based companies only to receive yet again the wrong ones, we found Dr. Doors. We called and met him and within minutes he gave us exactly what we needed and finally our garage is in working order again :) Thank you again!!!
He's local, great service and very friendly, we couldn't recommend him enough!
