S	Steven van Vooght on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR. If I could choose zero stars I would. My appointment over the phone because it was during the rise of Covid-19. He diagnosed me with a skin disease that would last a lifetime WHILE LAUGHING. After I calmly asked him to stop laughing he apologized by saying "sorry bro." After seeing a different doctor, I confirmed that the diagnosis Dr. Chin-Ho gave me was INCORRECT. Do they let anyone become a doctor these days? I can not believe how unprofessional and rude he was. STAY AWAY.
S	Sav G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super surprised to see all of the negative reviews. Dr Chih-Ho Hong is straight to the point and tells you what you need. I'm glad a specialist finally told me what I needed to hear as opposed to beating around the bush and making me waste my time trying out different products or regimes. Just because you waited 6 months to see him, doesn't mean your appointment needs to be outstretched as well. I did not find him negative or condescending at all! He is super friendly and makes sure you understand what each procedure they offer entails.

Her tone towards me throughout our conversation on the phone was just atrocious. I get that you guys are busy, as everybody else, but theres no merit SIGHING EVERYTIME I ASK QUESTIONS. Had i known the answer, I wouldnt bother asking. It was annoying. I was referred here by my family doctor and boy oh boy, I do not ever want to be in this place ever. Next, for the amount of time I had to wait to see this Dr, he was not helpful one bit. After glancing from what he thought was my major concern, he didnt bother asking me was there anything else. I have not told him the concerns - PLURAL/MANY - that I have, I was rushed out of his office and left with "call our office if you have questions." LIKE REALLY!?? REALLY!?? Just plain poor service from start to finish. Btw, pay for 1hr parking. You'll have to wait for 45mins before they see you and then 5-10mins with the Dr... sounds very good right? IF YOURE EVER REFERRED TO THIS OFFICE, REQUEST AN ALTERNATIVE PLEASE! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!
N	Noah Thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why there's so many negative reviews. Staff were polite and I only had to wait maybe 15 minutes for my appointment, most doctors take well over 30 minutes. Dr Hong was really helpful and explained everything well.

I had keloid scars from surgery and chest tubes that he injected with steroid. They lightened up and look way better. Will be returning for a follow up.

After asking my family doctor for help several times, I demanded a referral to a dermatologist. As luck would have it, Dr Hong's office called a couple of days later with a cancellation and could see me that day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with directions since I live in Abbotsford. My wait time was only 5 minutes. Dr Hong knew my problem was urgent and I was in pain and started a course of treatment right away with follow up calls on my blood tests and future office visits. I am very satisfied and pleased with Dr Hong and his staff.

I am very grateful for the excellent care I received as a patient of Dr T Ho Hong and would highly recommend his services. He is kind, compassionate, experienced and above all, highly skilled. I feel blessed to have been his patient. His assistant Sara is lovely and knowledgeable as well, encouraging me to call with any and all questions I might have, that indeed no question or concern was unreasonable. She is a credit to his Office. I know that I made the right decision to take care of myself and am so happy to have put my trust in Dr Ho Hong.
