Dr. Jackson is an amazing doctor. She is very knowledgeable, quick, and understanding. I've always felt comfortable with her. Usually on time too!
Her receptionist on the other hand is very difficult to work with. 1/5 Last summer I was pregnant and called multiple times to try to book an appointment. Each time I left a message and never got a call returned. Often you'll be referred by her just to go to a walk in.
