★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always make me feel like I am a person and not just another patient. I have never waited more than 5-10 mins after scheduled appointment time. This happened once because of a medical emergency during on of his other patients appointments, totally understandable. I feel Dr. Cele listens to me and has helped me more than any other doctor has in the past.
