any patient requesting followup for new onset of symptoms (cough, increasing congestion, “sinus infection”, etc) must have a negative COVID test before they will be booked in

If you are sick or unable to attend, please notify the clinic by email or phone as soon as possible.

Priority is given to referrals from other otolaryngologists, pulmonary physicians and allergists. Referrals from Family physicians WILL ONLY BE accepted if CT scan evidence of chronic rhinosinusitis following adequate medical therapy (CT scan should not be ordered until adequate trial of medical therapy)

One, we were given only a day notice that the consultation will be cancelled and had to be rescheduled. Then the next one was the day of the appointment because they FORGOT to give him the new patient form. The receptionists are rude to an extent that the patient was the one to be blamed for the form they have never sent. The audacity to lay blame on us and insisting that it must have been on junk and spam but they themselves, were able to check my email and there is NO form to be found. We waited 4 months for this consultation then suddenly it would be cancelled over and over again. Never book on this clinic.

His workmanship and professionalism were steady and quality every time, usurped only by his passion and character. He works so hard, and he really cares about the quality of his work, and about the patient. I realize this sounds like his mom wrote this review but I'm pretty floored with my entire experience with Dr. Mechor, and I'm very grateful to have been a patient of his.

D'Arcy helped get me an earlier appointment that was a cancellation and my entire experience with both D'Arcy & Tracy was lovely. Dr. Mechor explained my issues in detail, ensuring I understood all my issues and explained what the best solutions would be. Highly recommended, 5 star quality, and 5 star service from everyone in the office!

He can get busy so sometimes there's a wait to see him but he's so good I'm not surprised he's in high demand. I was really nervous about my surgery but Dr. Mechor is such a pro and knowledgeable he made the process better than anticipated. He's moved offices downtown but there's plenty of parking at his building. While Dr Mechor is fantastic his office staff are pretty rude.

My nose is 100% symmetrical now (the most symmetrical part of my face) and that was verified on my own digitally. I included a selfie so you can see. I can breathe clearly, sleep better, and my voice character and quality has improved substantially. He's really helped improve the quality of my life. You'll notice any complaints he has is due to reception, or paperwork and things outside of his control. I consider that irrelevant. The actual quality of the surgeries is exceptional and that's all that you'll care about a year and 10 years from now. Thank you Dr. Mechor! I'm doing well.
