Dr Bansal Eye Doctor Optometrist

A week ago I got metal in my eye and came to see Dr. Bansal. She saw me right away and solved my emergency issue. Today I went for the follow up and my eyes are perfect. Her and her staff made a horrible situation a lot more pleasant. Thank you Dr. Bansal and staff

Dr. Tanu Bansal is truly at the high end of her class at all levels! She demonstrates professionalism all the while making your visit truly enjoyable. No rush,answers all questions ,further provides explanations as required for her diagnosis and test results. The front desk staff are great,providing Genuine,Fast,Efficient,Friendly service which no doubt is a mandatory prerequisite of Dr Tanu Bansal! Dr Bansal, took the time and personally assisted me in choosing my eye wear providing authentic unbiased opinions during the process. I noticed a few reviews that were not indicative of the Dr or the office I visit! In Closing I would implore patients to take a deep breath and collect their thoughts before leaving reviews, just be sure you really meant what you wrote and that its factual,not based on your mood that day!! Dr Bansal (I don't remember her first name) was extremely knowledgeable and caring. She saw two family members on an urgent basis. We saw her a few months ago and were very impressed. She takes her time, is thorough, and explains eye care issues clearly.

Dr. Tanu Bansal is super nice and very kind. She genuinely cares for her patients and is really easy to talk to. They also have loads of designs for eyeglasses and at way cheaper prices compared to bigger eyeglass businesses. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Tanu Bansal is an AMAZING eye doctor. She is so compassionate, kind and a pleasure to meet with every time I had an appointment. I like how her office calls you the day of your appointment to confirm and I never have to wait when I'm scheduled for my appointment. I had a really bad eye infection which she resolved for me. Dr. Tanu Bansal is a very friendly, kind-hearted and knowledgeable optometrist who had made all my appointments very pleasant. I am really impressed by her diagnosis and guidance for my well-being. I've been going to her ever since I was a child and she has always been very helpful, caring, and easy to talk to.The staff at the front are very wonderful and professional and I rarely have to wait past my appointment time. For all of my appointments, the doctor always has the door closed to ensure privacy. Dr. Bansal also provided suggestions when it came to purchasing my first pair of glasses (PRADA) two years ago. I'm very happy with the quality and durability (I keep them on when playing sports) of the glasses and have had no issues of any sort. I am very grateful for the care that she provides and I would highly recommend this clinic! Thank you for everything!

As a person, Dr. Bansal is a very polite and comforting person. As a professional, I would never recommend anyone to go there. I got my eye exam done from him a few months back and asked for progressive eye glasses. The frames chosen were 1) Rayban 2) No-brand (for temp use). The Rayban frame would go loose making the lens fall down and then me fumbling around to find it just like a blind man. They would fix it but, for that, I had to go to their clinic and wait for my turn. The girl at the front glued it as well so it won't fall. Really? For a Rayban frame. Sometime I think this is a fake Rayban and it keeps bugging me. Then the nose rest fell down and it took over a month for them to order from, I guess, China, and one or two emails. Now it's been over 3 months, if I may make a guess (I actually forgot how long it been now), when the frame opened again and lens fell off. It is lying in my car ever since and I am using the temp frame, the non-branded one which held good so far. I was charged for coated lenses, scratch proof, chromatic, and anti-glare, but, I don't think they actually are. I get glare when shooting videos. The light reflects in my lenses,. To cut it short, I am highly disappointed in this clinic's overall workmanship. One day, I reached on their published time, knocked at the door, waited for over 15-20 minutes, nobody was there and then I had to leave. This is about Malton clinic. I can't read well, I see double images or I have to zoom in the text. I don't feel like going back. Told my family to stop visiting them. Now searching for a great optician and then I will plan what to do with amount my insurance company was charged. EDIT: Following my review I was suggested to come for checkup of my eyesight again. As I was close to their office on my appointment day, the secretary told me over the phone that since it has been over a year I will have to pay for the eye exam. I told her that I had been complaining all along, by she wanted me to pay. So I cancelled my appointment and went to another optometrist. The service I got from them was super. They told me that the reason frame keeps opening up is because of bad fit of glasses. It’s been more than one month now and I am using the same frame. It hasn’t opened once. (I will post their review soon). That proves Dr. Bansal doesn’t have acumen to find fault with the lab they are using for glasses. Dr. Bansal Eye Doctor Optometrist must understand that consumer complains and grievances shouldn’t be charged if the consumer is already aggrieved and you want to fix your ‘mistake’.
