Hannah was able to source AND ship my dream (hand-painted terra cotta) tiles from the manufacturer in Arizona to my front door in North Vancouver, Canada for less than 2/3 of the cost of purchase here (including the difference in exchange rates, border fees, etc.) They arrived on schedule, without a single broken tile. I'm extremely pleased to have found this secret gem in Lacombe, Alberta!
