★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the movers was inexperienced and did not handle my jewelry wall cabinet or my paintings with the necessary care they require. I noticed inefficiency in their operation. I would recommend that they amend their fee schedule to the size of the household and not hourly rates, as they dragged out the time with chatter. They damaged my seamless eaves-trough and offered no recourse or compensation for it. When taking my possessions out of storage, I found that they had scraped leather off my recliner, scratched two of my antique tables, dented the top of my new freezer and bent a drawer of my tool chest, likely by dropping it. I found a sliding rail left laying in a drawer that still opened. When in contact with the owner, he refused to do anything about all the damage. NOT recommending their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rock flew off the deck and smashed my granddaughter’s windshield after cutting her off on extremely icy road conditions. She called the company and their reply was “I’m not sure what would have caused the damage to your windshield.” They could care less that the driver was a danger on the highway. Not even an apology.
