I was caught off guard at the cost at first, but am very happy that my little Matrix is running properly! Great value and service. I will definitely use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to know Douglas Auto repairs through Connelly's minute muffler which is another customer oriented and highly regarded shop, I find both brother Dan and Dave to be friendly, honest and reliable. if you are looking for an auto repair shop that you can trust in every way, Dan and Dave's shop is the one you should be looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t treat this business as your last option . I went there for Alternator change and I know that this is the problem. They charged me $431 for the part which is not that expensive. I have confirmed from every dealer about the part and price. Moreover they were very rude. They took only 40 to 45 minutes to change that part. If you really not want to waste your money than take my suggestion or else you will see in your bill anyways. Staff is totally illiterate/ irrespective and don’t know how to talk & behave. Dear owner you need to tell your staff that they need training & education that how to talk with your customers. They were not even letting me talk.
