I needed a new fob and it was a struggle to program my older vehicle properly, they took the time and did an excellent job fixing the problem plus fix a couple of other electronic issues with no extra charge. Best place for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Very helpful and polite on the phone and excellent service technician, friendly, quick, efficient. Also, when we mentioned that we had just moved here, he welcomed us to Chilliwack and our new home and gave us a few local recommendations when we asked, he was so helpful, just sorry I did not get his name, but I see from our bill it looks like his initials are "R". Thank you for the great service! I would recommend this company to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned Doug's Key Mart and spoke to Charlene (?), was quoted around $225 for an auto door fob and the lady said that they could not accommodate me because the computer they use for this purpose was out on a call - The women did not want to help me, as she could have suggested that they could have made a house call to my location. Phoned Around the Clock Locksmith and Ryan was really helpful and charged me $78 for the fob - Tax included!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in because my Key Fob had a button fall out, they fixed it perfectly and super fast! I know it's not easy fixing key fobs but they did it! These guys are highly recommended to everyone! And they are way cheaper to get it done by than the brand name. Thanks again guys!
