★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidently called the waterloo one, went to wait out front for our order and the owner came out. Asked what were doing and we said "waiting for our food" he said we didn't order anything and went back in to check. He came back out and said our order doesn't exist and we need to leave or he'll have to call the cops. Maybe next time don't be so rude and ignorant. Offer for us to order if it's not there or be a nicer. Treating us like we're criminals and weirdos in an open pizza places parking lot. Loved their food but will not be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location added additional charges to my bill after I received my email receipt with the total of my order. When I called the store to inform the manager he claimed additional charges were added and they were justifiable even though the driver who I spoke to, to ask for the manager said one of the charges he realized was wrong. I asked for a phone number to call to talk to someone that wanted to help me because the manager was rude and didn't want to help at all and he hung up.horrible business practice to add changes not even listed on a receipt and to have NO sense of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza from here a couple times now. Great variety of Pizzas and Wings. Love the taste and everything is always fresh. Staff goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Best pizza place in Woodstock hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was late & We were starved. Just ordered the walk in special a large pepperoni pizza. It was okay just a little too much cheese for us. The crust was dry & a little tough. It uses a cornmeal type base to form & cook. The price was reasonable but for me I like consistency & it was nothing like the first pizza I had there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the classic deal #2 and it was awesome. Pizza done to perfection and chicken was crispy and juice. Will definitely be ordering again. Manager was pleasant and very personable when talking with him.
