★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! Asked them to put down mats and floor runners on our beige carpet since it's a snowy/wet day and they walked right in with their shoes on! When asked, they rolled their eyes and sighed and told me that they thought their shoes were dry. Even after mats were down, they walked around them on the carpets. Owner, Kevin, was there and was the one who told me they would do their best not to walk on the carpet but not to give them a hard time if they did. I would never recommend this company to any of my clients, family, or friends and would most definitely NEVER use them myself.

Appreciated the honest discussion of piano value versus cost of the move, and willingness to discuss what was best for me--even though it meant leaving the piano behind and no business for them. Will definitely use when I do have a piano worth moving in the future!

This final move - to dispose of my old friend - was no exception. From friendly and quick response time with my initial enquires, to excellent pricing, to the wonderful crew that arrived to do the actual removal…. Highly recommended on all counts!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give 5 star, precisely on time, also worked very efficiently. 502lbs piano has to go up to second floor where has to go through 16 stairs with two corners and landing spaces, it’s definitely not an easy job. But Kevin and his crew, Charles and David, handled pretty well. I have asked other two companies, neither of them sounds confident in taking this business, so I chose Kevin and I am happy with my choice! Great job???
