★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and was greeted with a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Shane let me know they would be in first thing Monday morning, unless I needed help on the weekend. First thing Monday morning, a clean, well mannered technician was at the door ready to fix my garage door. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Fixed the door and the bill was very close to the estimate that was given (since I knew the spring was broken). I will recommend ASSA to all my friends and family with no hesitation. Excellent! Thank you so much.

I’m just a building manager that calls for the true heros that take on some of the most challenging calls. We just had and incident at our building where a major malfunction occurred with our 20’ wide fully elevated door and on a stat holiday the on call staff are always second to none always realizes first of all the safety concerns, then the way to get repaired or replaced by mapping out a plan of execution but always keep budget in mind without compromising the quality of the product. They give it to you straight professionally while providing you with options.
Very well trained, can spot an issue from a mile away and just fun crew! Kudos... Really! Thanks for your help!

The technician Max was punctual, personable and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem efficiently and also resolved some additional issues, so our garage door works better than ever. Great experience & highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a gate problem on a 25 year old gate. I had sold my house and one of the conditions was to have the gate working. I went the route of getting quotes which is normal. I got four quotes from the local companies. Three companies looked at the issue free of charge which , as a potential customer and past business man myself, supplied that service free. This company charges for that. Going one step further, their quote was in excess of $10,000.00. I got it fixed for under $800.00. I asked for the representative’s business card but offered me a sticker with company name instead. I gave them a two because they did show up.
