★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were ten stars I will give these guys 12! I phoned Don yesterday morning around 8 am after I discovered the night before that my garage door broke. His coworker Chad happened to be in the area and came to have a look within the hour. Don found the exact door I wanted by the afternoon, and the price was very good! Nathan came this morning with my new door and it was installed with a couple of hours and he even programmed an old keypad that we never used and went above and beyond to make sure our other garage door was oiled. The service from this company is phenom! A broken garage door was the last thing we needed during a pandemic and Don, Chad and Nathan came through in less than 24 hours. They were professional, friendly, hard working and efficient! Thank you guys so much! I will 1000% recommend Canada West Garage Doors!

After trying repeatedly to get a competitor to install our garage door and being told it would take 6 to 8 weeks, I was put in touch with Don and Chad, who were installing a garage door in a carriage house nearby. They came the very next day to assess the structure and give an estimate and to my surprise told me they could install it by the end of the week. Chad did a superb job in a challenging environment (our garage is an old heritage building), and even came back to install a light fixture that couldn't be fit in the standard operator due to space limitations. He really went above and beyond expectations. We're very happy with their service, professional demeanour and can-do attitude. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd love to have given 5 stars, as Mike the installer was efficient, friendly and got the job done, finishing up just after 5 on a Friday. A little lack of communication from the office, after no one showed up for my 2pm booking. 1½ hour later, I called in to ask if they were coming. Truck pulled in at 4:15pm. Mike did a quick check of all my hinges, drive motor & a minor height adjustment. I know sometimes @#!t happens, but a call would have been nice. In the end, I have new torsion springs and a less squeaky door.
