β β β β β This is the worst place ever. They don't know anything about currency exchange! I have been there twice and they give me lower rates. I don't recommanded this currency exchange at all! maybe for the first time the treat you well to be their costumer but next time they will ruine it. So unprofessional.

β β β β β They claime 12 hours for oversea ... took more than five days to deposite the money into oversea account ... it happened several times and when asked them , they come up with B.S. , they are rude and the son of the owner is an idiot buffoon who lied to me and that was the last time i deal with those cheats . Once they gave me a fake us bill that later had to take back . If you trust them and do not check other exchange places , they give you the worst rate , they under paid me around $45 once and for the last time .

β β β β β I had two experiences with Donya Exchange. First time about 6 months ago I sent about 3000 cdn to tehran. My relatives got the money next day as was promised by Donya Exchange. Second time I received 15000 cdn from Tehran just this afternoon. I checked the rate from different currency exchanges and Donya's rate was better than others. They are honest, trustworthy, fast and reliable. I recommend them to everybody.

β β β β β Called them and asked them if they have about 40k Canadian cash as I wanted my US money exchanged to Canadian. They asked me to go in an hour, when I went there a couple of hours after he said that they don't have it but we will deposit it into your bank account no problem!!! I wanted cash, but at this point I was running late for the appointment that required cash. I ended up going there telling them I don't have the cash and the deal didn't go through. The money got transferred to my account a day after! "No problem" is a terrible thing to say when you have made a mistake... Appology would usually work better.

β β β β β Omg these guys are the rudest and most unprofessional i have ever come across. They also have crazy expensive rates , better to go to your local bank or risk getting ripped off. Avoid at all cost.
