โ โ โ โ โ For me it was not just some voice lessons, it was a journey of learning about myself first of all. Learning to let go, to feel my body, the vibrations it makes, the tensions it makes and why...all fascinating to witness. Donna is very patient with me and yet she will push me at the right moment. At first I was very anxious to use my voice but she made me feel at ease right away. Even if I am emotional, she guides me through it. If I have a technical question, she knows the answer. I highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ I had such a great experience with Donna. I started off with 0 experience or knowledge on singing and after almost 2 years I canโt believe how far Iโve come. She really understands the body and as a result really knows how to get what you want from your voice. Sheโs patient but also knows when to challenge you and push a little further. I was so nervous to book that initial appointment because Iโd never done anything like this before, but Iโm so glad I did. Highly recommend ?

โ โ โ โ โ I am an amateur singer and came to Donna because my singing voice kept giving out. I thought I was going to have to stop singing. She helped me correct this issue, helped me to improve diction, breathing and improved the tone of my voice. She is an incredible teacher.

I'm able to sing with more power than ever before. My confidence has increased because and I'm an over all better performer. I would recommend her to anyone seeking vocal training.

I asked a friend of mine who is also a trans woman, (who has a perfectly feminine voice) how she changed her voice. She highly recommended Donna, so I made an appointment and have had no regrets. Donna is fantastic!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I am not a professional singer and don't even read music. However, I love to sing and wanted to learn more about my voice and how to improve my singing for personal pleasure. I took 6 vocal lessons with Donna Flynn over Zoom. She was superb at tailoring and individualizing the lessons to your specific strengths, weaknesses and goals. As I am only an amateur singer, and do not plan to practise like the Jackson 5, she ensured I was challenged without feeling discouraged. Her vocal and breathing exercises have helped me learn about my voice and how to sing better. There was one exercise that was particularly difficult for me, and she replaced it with another exercise that served the same purpose but was easier for me to master. I had the chance to pick a few songs that I like and we practised the vocal and breathing techniques while singing them, which was loads of fun. Donna also recorded portions of the lessons with the exercises and emailed them to me, so that I could practise at home. All is all, a fantastic experience,.

โ โ โ โ โ I met Donna almost a decade ago when my younger daughter showed talent for singing and I wanted to give her the opportunity to grow in the art. Donna came highly recommended by a friend. Several years ago when my older daughter was in her senior year of a university undergrad program, I recommended that she study with Donna to further her speaking and presentation skills. Both of my daughters continue to flourish with Donna's versatile, highly skilled vocal coaching methods. My younger daughter has written and performed several songs available on music platforms and my older daughter is pursuing a masters degree. I feel incredibly privileged to have Donna in our lives as she has been an integral part of my daughters' growth, confidence and successes.
