Malcolm was extremely helpful and patient during the consultation process, guiding me through all of the factors that needed to be considered for a complete basement renovation. His time and cost estimates were extremely accurate and fair.
During execution, he and his team maintained excellent communication and worked with me closely to address changes in the plan and make decisions where required. They have extreme attention to detail and are extremely passionate about the quality of their work, from demolition to finishing.
