We discussed our needs over the phone before we physically started looking, she was extremely knowledgeable of the area and gave us lots of options and advice to get started. Tanya set up viewings very quickly and worked around my crazy schedule to ensure I got to see every option that popped into the market. She was able to be there every step of the way, right up to the purchase night - which ended up being a super late night! She was always a text or phone call away, and always extremely responsive!
