Also got the boneless rib steak.
Amazing! So worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents live in Almonte, so I went out there to make them dinner. Figured I’d support a small local business and I’m glad I did. They cut some chicken thighs up for me perfectly. The quality is outstanding. Friendly atmosphere too. Meat is often the star of your dish, so don’t skimp. I encourage anyone who lives in the area to try them out if you haven’t before. I’ll be back!

Don took some time to talk to me about what he carries, where it's from, and his standards for quality. I was quite impressed. Everything from nitrate free, to grass fed, to farmed deer, elk, and bison. And some pretty good butter tarts too.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly faces, great service. Prices are moderate and the choices are almost unlimited. Bacon wrapped chicken avocado bombs are terrific. Charcuterie board is fantastic with generous portions and a mix of meats and cherses. Very much worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time to the shop and we had some delicious sandwiches, stocked up on deli meats, and got some other great local cuts of meat. The owner even came out with a treat for our pup. Lovely place and people. Our now go-to butcher shop!

Expert meat cutting and presentation. Don't forget to ask how to cook anything.
