★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a wine kit from them and had them make it for me. The lady at the front was super helpful picking out a kit, and seemed to really know her stuff. It turns out, something went wrong in the making of the kit, but they phoned and let me know, and had already restarted the kit. Mistakes happen, but they quickly owned up to it and worked to make it right. Just received my completed kit, and it is fantastic! I will be heading over to start another kit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new Beachcomber from them in June 2019. Came with 2 year warranty, great install service and price. Had them change out our water last fall, they noticed one of the pumps had a little seepage, they replaced it under warranty with no issues. They are also a great place to get your water tested and purchase your chemicals from as they are a fountain of knowledge.
