P	Parmvir Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I ever had at any pickup location. Waited over 14 hours in lineup to get the load . You can’t sleep worry free while waiting in lineup, cause you are not sure when then security guy gonna come and bang on your window and ask you to move the truck in the lineup. You can’t leave the place to get some food or whatever. Never ever choose this location for pickup.

Not good rules and elog drivers avoid this place. Inside worker are not wear that hard hat but they have rules for drivers. Whyyyy man
R	Roger Mansfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience picking up from here. Rude security. First time here but expected me to know everything. Completely ignored by the shippers. Full PPE required, hat, boots, glasses, long sleeve shirt, pants, hi-vis vest. Prepare for long wait loading.

The paper mill has been the lifeblood for the Town of Espanola for decades though it has changed ownership several times post WW2. I was employed here four summers and it paid for my post-secondary school education. For others that work here full-time, it pays the bills, and much more, compared to relying on spin-off employment that are generally service industries. A mill job affords enjoyment of toys like “camps”, snowmobile, ATV, boat, etc. My assessment is of appreciation since I wasn’t saddled with a huge student debt.

s	sonu malhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard in morning at checkin is so so so rude . He don’t have sense how to talk with drivers . I was in sleeper . He didn’t let me go in ,and told me to wait outside until my co-driver finish the delivery . Thats ridiculous. I wait 2 hour outside the company in cold weather. Company should fired him or tech him some manners so he knows how to behave with professional drivers. I don’t have words to express my anger on this guy ????. He is totally mad .
D	Danno Cardinal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very courteous. Never had issues. Outside carriers that complain are usually those who don't take the onboarding training serious. This is not a place for just any companies to just show up and not know the rules. It is an industrial site and there is no room for errors. Kudos for security to keep the place safe. --- This is not just a free for all place like typical shippers elsewhere. Drivers are expected to follow the rules and regulations which are simple. The rest of us regulars have no time to babysit outside carriers which if they aren't trained, would cause serious accidents.
