Pizza base was as hard as rock, wasn't soft at all and hard to chew,
and the pasta was not even cooked, half of it was still hard like it is when frozen
I myself used to work at Domino's and my manager kept the standards pretty high to keep up the reputation and goodwill of Domino's.
I do like domino's pizza and i always order dominos whenever i Crave a pizza because I know how they handle their quality and standards,
But experiencing that bad order last night, I didn't think that domino's lowered that much of their standard/quality.
Totally disappointed.

Look how wet this pizza is. The underside of the pizza is literally soaked.
The pizza is sitting is a puddle of oil. That is disgusting. It was worse before, but now it's seeping into the box. Just gross.

I like other pizza places better, but when moneys tight or I'm in a hurry, you can't beat Domino's ?

β β β β β I live near by. It's hit and miss depending on your order, but more often than not, they hit the mark perfectly and it's delicious and cheap compared to anyone else in this city. The value for the price is unbeatable. Celia, their manager is fantastic and has had to fix my order a few times but has always compensated me for their mix-up and turned me into a Dominos groupie.

β β β β β My boyfriend and I ordered pizza last night it came on time but upon delivery the debt machine did not work for mine card nor my partners debt card. The delivery person said our debt cards were the issue as they weren't real!
( We bank through Tangerine. )
The driver took the pizzas back and left.
I called the store and offered to pay by credit card they refused. They then said that they would have another driver come with our pizzas and a different debt machine which never showed up. We ended up ordering from pizza garden and had no issues with or debt card.
I am beyond unimpressed with the customer service of this domino's pizza location.
