Domino's Pizza

Not very happy with the service I received. On the app there was new instruction on curbside pickup. When I arrived I followed the website. After watching customers come and go with their pizza I finally called. The man that came out with my pizza told me to follow the window instruction. I told him they have new instruction on the app. He basically told me that I was WRONG. I asked him how he could see me sitting there for that length of time and not question why I was there. Maybe ask? Maybe go above and beyond? Maybe excel? No. He had to tell his customer that they were WRONG!

Wouldn't let my 2yr old, who is potty training, use their washroom after we ordered food. Then they put all the wrong toppings on our pizza where the sticker on the box clearly had the toppings we chose labeled. Horrible location and staff.

I ordered 2 pasta. Both of them were burnt. I could barely pick the pasta up with the fork. When i called to complain about it, the costumer service was horrible, the guy who picked the call sounded annoyed, wouldn’t answer well and had a super rude tone. So disappointed!

Ordered 2 pizza's. One X-large and One large. The crust on the X-large was very thin and could not hold its form. No problems with the large. The slices were evenly cut and topping were consistent. Pizza tasted great

We love the crust, but the toppings could be better. We ordered peppers and mushrooms and they were hard to find and very thinly sliced.

When and purchased 2 items for $8.99 (was a deal they had) got the medium pizza with pepperoni and bacon and 8 wings with BBQ sauce. I have gone to dominos before and although its been a while I remember liking their crust and remembering it was good. This time however, the sauce for the pizza was terrible and the pepperoni that was used also just tasted off. The bacon was "ok" but it was nothing to write home about. The wings which appeared "ok" tasted bland and the sauce that was supposed to be BBQ didn't taste anything like it. As for the wings themselves they tasted meatless and fatty. They also didn't have much structural integrity as they felt "rubbery" (the same experience can be have when heating them up in the microwave, not saying that they were but they definitely tasted as if they were even when they wernt. I'm an advocate pizza liver but I will not choose dominos again. If your want a better pizza deal, you can get a pizza and 8 boneless bites from Pizza Hut that tastes way better and costs less than half the price, $11.30. And you can even get THREE toppings instead of 2. You can also get a pepperoni and back pizza from toppers with garlic crust for like $8.30 or a pepperoni and bacon pizza from little ceasers for like $7.99 plus tax. If your looking for good pizza,I highly recommend these places. I personally don't feel it was anything to do with the staff, but rather the quality and management of items used in their products. Trust me, go to pizza hut. I truly believe dominos will not survive in canada, and will suffer the same fate as target where more is offered, better products are offered, and its overall cheaper at their competitors. If dominos reply to this review with an automated cookie cutter response (only subbing out their name) and asking me to "follow-up by emailing them,I will be sure to be an anti-brandambasador, and stear as many people away from your organization as I can.
