The poor old lady was not able to understand the accent of the lady who worked. I think the postal system should remove the lady working here and keep a person who is courteous enough

The lady was kind of not nice to us - made me forget to get the tracking number for my mail as she was kind of distracting rather than helping. We pay the service, not like to get free service. I am not happy with that. It used to be the gentleman one that gave us the service. He is always nice and helpful - very informative when we need more info.
