What a disappointment. Paid 300$ For one night. Had to pick up my room service at the restaurant. I was told by the maître d’hôtel they didn't have enough staff to offer room service. While I was picking up my order, I saw other guests doing the same. There were people in corridors without masks around room areas. The hand towel in my room was dirty when I arrived, definitely a first for me. The spa’s computer system had problems so caused issues with appointments . The nordic spas were all booked. Impossible to get in during the weekend. Not worth the money. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for the price.

Price is quite high for what it is, but its still a good place. I rented a deluxe room for 2 nights + "instant terroire" paid above 1000$ . There is no service for the bar anymore (apparently), there are 4 spa outside and 1 inside which are always full during the evening and they close at 22h00. Same for the fireplace, you can't start it by yourself and the service close at 22h00 so since we had a reservation a 21h30 for dinner we couldn't enjoy a nice fire in our room. In conclusion we couldn't enjoy what we paid for. Breakfast is good but the dinner at the hotel was really succulent atleast!

Terrible experience. Left a gold necklace, called just after leaving, no one will return our calls or follow up. Service was horrible at the restaurant as well. Every time we call to find out about necklace we speak to a new person, no one has followed up. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels/auberge’s in Quebec, never experienced this kind of horrible customer service.

First impressions. When we arrived, we walked to the counter, the two people behind the counter were finishing off what they had to do, however never did they look up or acknowledge us. We waited until they were done, then they looked up and said “Hi, welcome”.. by then we had waited too long. We got our room and proceeded to settle in. We had a quick dinner and went to bed after a long day of traveling. Early morning (5;30) we noticed that we had no towels, no toilet paper (found out the hard way) and that dirty towels had been left in the cupboard. We called down and they apologized and sent someone up. We were given 2 towels, no face towels, no shower mat towel. We went to the breakfast buffet, only to find it cold, tasteless and overcooked for $65.00. they automatically add the tip but then circle the additional tip line. A few days in, we called and asked for bath robed to use for the pool, we were told “Every room has some”, I explained that ours did not and reminded them of the lack of towels at the start of the week, they reluctantly brought up to. We had stayed for a week, and yet we were told due to the Covid Protocols, that they would not be servicing the room at all. We asked for clean sheets, and they said we would have to make our own beds. I fully endorse the Covid protocols, but being told that they would not service the room because of that is just a way to charge the same amount and yet reduce their own inhouse costs. Speaking of costs, spent $1,700 for the week, and it was more like a 2 star. Definitely won’t be back.

Nice location. They have a shuttle to and from the mountain. They also have 4 hot tubs to use after a long day on the slopes. Room service for breakfast is good. Restaurant for dinner could have had a better selection.

Found a plastic bottle cap between the sheets, definitely made me question their standard cleaning procedure on other items in the room. Jacuzzi area on the terrace has really nice view of the mountain. The indoor pool is located in the center of the common area where everyone is passing from all directions/entrances, no sense of privacy, so much for relaxation.

We got a package deal which included spa time and breakfast. Spa access was a nice touch and the breakfast was delicious. Access to the hot tub on the terrace was a highlight. Altogether competent staff. The only downsides were that the room was dark (interior view), and we were woken up by loud construction at around 7:30am (we later figured out this was happening outside the building but it sounded like they were right under us).

The food was delicious and the view was beautiful. Loved the hot tubs too and the fireplace. However, there was missing toiletries in the bathroom (not enough towels and no body wash). Also, room wasn't soundproof we can hear noise all around.
