I have never met Navdeep in person, but he is very kind and explains everything over the phone so well. I applied for Visitor Visa for my mom in 2019. And with their help and support we got our PR last week in about 6 months. The whole procedure went very smooth. He was really knowledgeable and knew how to present the case more concisely and with more added documentation. Its funny to say that he was more confident about my father’s Visa approval than I was and he was right absolutely. He did a fabulous job and within 45 days, my father’s TRV got approved. All in all, really happy and would certainly recommend his services to anyone. I need to catch him again for my brothers visa now lol.
