โ โ โ โ โ A complaint letter was already submitted and court action will proceed. The new Supervisor shoved my back while waiting in line. Violating social distancing and invading my space while I was standing on the distancing sticker, to pay for my items. She is physically violent and is now using her staff as a mob instead of a safe work environment. This will not stand. Legal action will be taken. And have the store investigated by a third party. She is endangering the safety of the store and staff as well as being physically aggressive with customers. Legal action is in process.

โ โ โ โ โ Seeing all these reviews and not one response from management trying to resolve any of this is sad. I was there today for the last time, I love shopping at Dollar Tree but i cannot handle how the staff here act. The manager Anna, is a horrible example for the rest, I heard her telling other staff loud enough for the whole store to hear " I am out of this hell whole" . Heard her swearing on many occasions, does not keep social distance between people and steals from her own store. I myself saw her grab items and leave the store. This a very convenient location for me as i work downtown but unfortunately I cannot support a store that have such staff working for them with no consequences.

โ โ โ โ โ My experience with staff has been great, security and clerk with green tie were very helpful. I got stationary and I had delightful experiences. Blondie is not customer service oriented and this is wrong field for her.

โ โ โ โ โ Love the Dollar Tree. I stayed at the Radisson and the store is on the same side. Pleasant store and excellent customer service. I found this store cheaper the most downtown. If you are looking for snacks or small things this is your store. It is close to everything near the arena, hotel and businesses. It is always full which tell people that this is a great little store. Great location.
