M	Mélany Bureau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai découvert ce magasin il y a 3 ans... au début j'adorais cet endroit, beaucoup de choses pour l'artisanat à bons prix. Par contre, dans la dernière année le magasin a vraiment détérioré... Les prix ont augmentés... La poussière est omniprésente... une odeur de renfermé... le chauffage inexistant... du vernis à ongles complètement séché... des produits de beauté périmés depuis plus de 6 ans... et j'en passe... Les employés se foutent de tout... bref je n'ai plus aucun plaisir à y aller et je crois qu'aujourd'hui était ma dernière visite... I discovered this store 3 years ago ... at the beginning I loved this place, many things for crafts at good prices. On the other hand, in the last year the store has really deteriorated ... Prices have increased ... Dust is omnipresent ... a musty smell ... non-existent heating ... completely dried nail polish .. beauty products that have expired for more than 6 years ... and so on ... The employees don't care about everything ... in short, I no longer have any pleasure in going there and I believe that today was my last visit ...

Des employé portent leur masques ... sous le menton !! J'suis pas prêt d'y retourner. Really too expensive the tips / items that we find there !!! The aisles are cluttered with boxes, it's all jumbled together, difficult to navigate. Employees wear their masks ... under the chin !! I'm not ready to go back.
S	Sylvain Grondines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ employé arrogant Je cherchais quelque chose je demande a un employé si il travaille ici et il me répond bêtement si je travaillais pas ici je porterai pas se chandail jaune tres arrogant enver moi allor jen parle avec la caissière en avant et elle me repond moi aussi sa m,arrive de ne pas être de bonne humeur ,je reviens pas les employés manque de savoir vivre je ne retournerai jamais dans se magasin il on perdue un client il devrait remplacer ses employés arrogant employee I was looking for something I ask an employee if he works here and he answers me stupidly if I did not work here I will not wear this very arrogant yellow sweater send me allor jen talk with the cashier in front and she answers me too her m, happens not to be in a good mood, I do not come back the employees lack of knowing how to live I will never go back to the store he we lost a customer he should replace his employees
M	Myriam Gagné on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferme à 20h et non 21h. Je suis entré 5 min avant la fermeture en pensant bien sure qu'il fermait a 21h comme indiqué ici. Aucun n'employer ne prend la peine de mentionnez qu'il sont en fermeture. Il éteigne les lumières avant même de vous mentionnez que cest l'heure de quitter. Évidemment jai été déçu de ne pas pouvoir aller chercher ce que je voulais donc je me dirige vers la sorti. Le caissier clairement impatient puisque les gens continuais de rentrer, me souhaite une bonne soirée, étant donner la situation je continue mon chemin et ne repond pas en retour donc sa le fruste et me crie impatiemment bonne soirée d'un ton sarcastique. Et ça ses mon expérience en dix minutes. Mettre vos informations a jours ferais en sorte de probablement éviter une tel situation Closes at 8 p.m. and not 9 p.m. I entered 5 minutes before closing, thinking of course that it closed at 9 p.m. as indicated here. None of the employees bother to mention that they are closing. He turns off the lights before you even mention it's time to leave. Obviously I was disappointed not to be able to get what I wanted so I headed for the exit. The cashier clearly impatient since people kept coming in, wish me a good evening, being given the situation I continue my way and do not answer in return so his the rude and impatiently shouts at me good evening in a sarcastic tone. And that's my experience in ten minutes. Updating your information would probably avoid such a situation.
