★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and willing to help. I'd called Maher to help with printing a large poster and booklets and deliver them with a short turn around time. They delivered on time and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! It was 4 o clock and they told me to come get my printing done. I told them I was in downtown minstrels and it would take around an hour to get there. They told me that it’s not a problem. Then when I get there for 4:45 they told me they close at 5. The person at the front desk proceeded to tell me that it’s not his fault and the people that were calling me had left and it’s their fault. First off who leave 1 hour before closing. Second of all why doesn’t the customer service agent take responsibility and say it was their fault. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault.

I was difficult and called many times to modify my order and he was so kind and patient, always responded to every email ( to many many emails) answered every phone call as well. Excellent communication explanations and wonderful suggestions. It was quick and efficient to say the least! I was very pleased!!!! He puts his heart in it and cares about his clients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite disappointed in the service. Printed out black business cards; the first time around, I received them and they had many white blemishes on them, owner said he would fix them. I went back to get the new ones, with the owner telling me the issue had been resolved, I paid the balance owed, opened the box, and the white blemishes were still there. I asked if anything could be done, but since I had already paid, he told me he would do nothing for me and that this is the max quality he could achieve. I feel slightly screwed.
