I told the Nurse twice, she didn't even tell doctor that i was in for simple refill. this certain practitioner Dr. Ali or is more like a clown, who can't understand English. Never going here again.

Took all my details to get Government fund, while I explained why I came there. 3 different people came and went, don't know who is doctor. One with long beared started explaining about Fraud cases and showing in Google search about Bayshore cases without asking anything about treatment. Asking for$20 for any paper. Fraudulent activity
A	Alexander Menino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a Return to Work form filled out for my employer after sustaining a workplace injury. I made it clear to the receptionist that my employer would only compensate up to $40 of any fee resulting. The receptionist ensured me this wouldn't be an issue, but I'd need to speak with the Doctor. There was apparently only 1 person ahead of me. An hour passed, and several patients were seen before I finally had an opportunity to interact with the Doctor. I again explained that I would only be compensated for up to $40, that the receptionist had made it clear that this wouldn't be an issue, and that I merely needed a Form 8 transcribed. The Doctor couldn't throw the papers back at me fast enough. He was hard set on $45, and insisted that I leave. An hour of waiting, and the easiest $40 of the day was asked to walk out the door - but not before collecting my OHIP and charging the government for "services rendered" I'm sure. All over $5. I'm a man of principal - Never again will I step foot in this Clinic.
S	Soya sreejith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are great there .But I had a worse experience with the doctor assistant (3 December 2018)in the stated date. I was waiting from 11 till 1 o’clock with my 1 year old kid. The receptionist told me that I am the next by 12:45. The assistant purposefully didn’t call me.Any reason?1 o’clock I left from the clinic without seeing the doctor. As she purposefully didn’t call me, felt like was simply ignored or discriminated for no reason, as we can understand that people came behind was walk in too. So this clinic can be referred as who works there on that day.
M	Martina Aliprandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for years. Grace, the receptionist, knows me by name and is super accommodating. The doctors are quick but thorough. Waiting times are fast compared to other walk-ins I've been to in the area. Whenever I've made an appointment they do a pretty good job at staying within 15 mins of that time. When I walk out I feel so confident in the advice and care I've received. I think people are so fast to give out 1 star ratings to doctors and even world renowned hospitals in the GTA if they're not treated like they would be in a 5 star restaurant. This is public health not entertainment.

Grace and Dr. A are courteous, knowledgeable and they listen. My sister-in-law is also a patient and I'm going to ask if they will take on my husband and daughter. The outside clinics they use for other testing are also recommended.
K	Kijiji 0205 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is being generous. I walked all the way here to find out they closed at 12pm and will not reopen until Tuesday. I had not walked that much all week, as I had been in an accident and wanted stronger medication. (All week, the clinic was never open when I drove by.) I ended up walking home empty handed. I hope I can someday change this review because I want to give it the benefit of the doubt. For now, this review sticks. Shame. Update: I ended up coming back on Tuesday morning at 10am and they were open. From time in to time out including doctor and prescriptions given was just over an hour as a brand new patient even with people coming in for previously booked appointments. The doctor was super nice. He made me feel very cared for. Other than the setback last week, I would definitely recommend this place if you need a doctor.
