★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service...I am from out of town.. at the Wetaskiwin hockey rink when my son had a glasses issue and they have the replacement strap I need ....but wont sell it to me and wouldn't even let me talk to the dispensary to discuss options... because I didnt buy the glasses there. I had to drive to Camrose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had the most comprehensive eye examination of his life here, and he has had eye surgery done in the past. These people know what they are doing, are all competent, friendly, and absolutely no pressure with sales. Will be coming back here for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come here a couple times. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Problem was when I went for my last eye test, they said my prescription had changed. I got the new glasses and they seemed odd. My vision wasn't very good with them on. I mentioned it to them and they said I just have to get used to them, and to wear them for a couple weeks. Couple weeks passed and still the glasses weren't helping. I switched back to my old pair and my vision is excellent with them. I go back and tell them, and they say we'll change the lens for you, but you'll have to pay for another eye exam. I say that's not right, I come here thinking they're gonna take care of me and they want to charge me again for their mistake!? Needless to say I don't think I'll be going back there, unless they fix (with out charging) what they should've done right in the first place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice but both my prescription and my husbands were just slightly off causing problems. Two different doctors. Two totally different times getting glasses. So my confidence in them isnt very high. But the receptionists are really friendly
