★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been seeing Dr. Miles at Docbraces (formerly Smile Spot) since June 2010. He has treated all four of our children, with three completed and our fourth patiently awaiting his adult teeth to come in so he can "finish up" his treatment. Dr. Miles pays close attention to each child's specific needs. Everyone has great smiles, are still committed to keeping their teeth clean on their own, and have an appreciation for what the treatment has done for them.
There was a time when we had multiple treatments to pay for and the office was generous with their family discount and flexible with payments, which is a bonus for our single-income family. The attached photo is of that one time where all four had an appointment the same day.
The staff (Myrna, Christy, Jessie, Celena, and each of the assistants) have been fantastic over the years and have always made us feel like we are cherished customers. It will be bittersweet when our family's needs for orthodontics will be complete.

Always leave with extra supplies and they're always accommodating. Absolute gems! I can't wait to see the final results of my futur perfect smile

Dr.Shim was thorough while explaining treatment options and mindful of my concerns. Would recommend the Spruce Grove location to anyone interested in getting that picture perfect smile !!

We've always talked to very happy people at reception that would get us an appointment as soon as possible for broken braces and other emergencies. Everyone in the back are kind and professional. I recommend Doc Braces to anyone I know looking for an orthodontist. They go above and beyond to make their patients happy.

I was experiencing some issues years after having finishing with my braces treatment. I was very easily able to book back in at Doc Braces with no difficulty. They were able to help me with what I needed. The staff are all very kind and I’m so appreciative I was able to get help!
