Did you see me come off of transit ? I don’t recall mentioning I was ever on a bus. But I remember you stuttering as to why you couldn’t let me use the bathroom , telling me to go all the way across the street to the complex over there to use the bathroom ? Is that what your tell your “patients” ? I highly doubt that. You told me you don’t have a bathroom for your patients that is what you told me , you’re not going to lie on my name if you wish to speak it. As the owner of a dental office , is this how you respond to negative reviews ? Looks like you’re the one who should’ve been denied access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shum is one of the most caring people I've ever met. When visiting her for monthly checkups it's always a pleasant experience.
I still have braces and really like the progress on my teeth. I'll be updating my review with pictures once I'm done with treatment.
The office is clean, looks professional and very welcoming. I know she makes at least 1 improvement to it each time I see her.
Her staff are very friendly people and I love talking to every single one of them.
If you're considering getting braces, see Dr. Shum. She'll put in 120% and genuinely cares about your oral, personal, and professional health.
