j	joe ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk are completely useless they're not there to help you but just make money. The staff and Dr only there to prescribe the methadone nothing more. Many times I've waited over hrs while the doctor does nothing and make everyone wait for nothing.

K	Kirk Hosie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a clinic for addiction issues and the general medical problem's surrounding their patients health, this is not a clinic that you would go to for a prescription for everyday health services. The person who gave the first review, did not bother to research the type of clinic that it was, it probably was the closest one to them and should have taken into account that this is in and for the most part for addiction problems in the Vancouver's downtown eastside, and the staff deal with health, addiction and mental health problem's on not a daily but On an hourly crisis schedule, so understanding this, if your health problems fall outside of these parameters,,, you should seek another clinic, otherwise there are worse addiction clinics out there.

L	Lindsay Moffett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being a client for over a year I have seen three separate doctors there and have chatted with all the staffany times...the doctors are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Of the three though, only one actually shows up on time. They don't really follow the same protocols as each other. The staff are mostly rude and curt with other clients. They act very "high and mighty" most of the time and you most certainly will never receive a hello or a welcoming attitude. The clinic itself is in a terrible area and most of the other clients are off the street. Overall my experiences there haven't been that bad but after being yelled at and hung up on whilst simply asking a question I had enough. I've gone elsewhere and I'm not regretting it.

The front desk Asian lady with light dyed hair was extremely rude, had zero empathy or compassion for my situation and would not allow me to see a doctor. I’m a Canadian who recently moved from Ontario and have been allowed to use my Ontario health card in BC but she was not allowing it and laughed in my face. I cried my eyes out and left without my medication that I desperately needed.
E	Eddie spagetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Horvath is a Great guy. He makes sure each patient is dealing with their health issues and he covers everything. Blood work and hormone levels and offers great advice. For me it's diet and exercise to lose weight right now. He is very supportive to his patients and respectful and friendly doctor that you can actually talk to
