★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just went there and the girl was really nice, I asked for this products and she charge me a total of $48 when the original price must be $35, ($10 each gram, $15 the oil) they just accept cash and if not, I don’t think they charge $13 dollars of taxes , I don’t like these people whose takes advantage of the people who don’t know. I realized when I arrived home.

I drove from Langley to this dispensary to find out some information on one of their products. I was told to read the document taped to the counter. The person would not give me any advice at all. When I asked a question, she pointed to the paper and told me to read it.
I can't be more disappointed. How can you work for a dispensary and not assist people who are in need of information in order to make an educated decision.
Very poorly done. I DO NOT recommend if you require assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! Staffer Phil is so helpful and friendly. He really helped me to find the right micro-dose products which legitimately ease my anxiety condition. For years, I was hesitant to try micro dosing but after some research I decided to give it a shot because Covid had increased my anxiety. I’m so glad I took the leap. Bye bye Big Pharma!! I personally buy the capsules which takes the guesswork and hassle out of weighing ect. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly ignore the negative reviews above, they turned me off at first but I’m glad I went. Staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I was in and out in order 10 minutes with the micro dose I needed. So easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F&@$k this place! God awful customer service. Walked in for my first time to check things out as I was very interested. Paced around the shop for a couple minutes while being ignored by the lady behind the counter. (I was the only person inside the shop)
Finally I walked up to the counter in hopes of getting her attention - stood there patiently while she continued to do something underneath the counter. Finally she looks up at me - no greeting, no words, just a raised eyebrow look of “wtf do you want?”
So Finally I went ahead and asked a couple questions , got a couple answers. Decided on my order and THEN was let known I would need a medical note. Weak!
(Just for reference, this happened in the late summer last year - a friend recently told me of a similar experience, which prompted me to feel strong enough to leave a year-late review)
***EDIT - the need for a medical note was the least of my gripes ***
